Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality StudiesMinor

Learn to think critically and intersectionally about the meaning and expression of gender and sexuality in everyday life, culture, and institutions by declaring a Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies minor. Housed in the Marlboro Institute for Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies, coursework will offer a historical view of the role of feminism and LGBTQIA+ movements in both local and global contexts.

To complete this minor, you’ll take one core course and choose three electives from a range of topics, such as American Women Writers; Feminist Cultural Theory; and Gender, Race, and Class.
