The Sociology and Anthropology minor in the Marlboro Institute for Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies emphasizes the study of social life, social change, and patterns of human behavior. You’ll gain a unique understanding of how culture is shaped and how social systems work in relation to broad processes such as globalization and nationalism.
To complete this minor, you’ll choose four courses from a range of topics, including Culture and Power, Key Contemporary Thinkers: Fanon, and Sociology of Insiders and Outsiders.
