Explore global and cultural diversity through the study of music. Housed in the School of Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies, the Music History and Culture minor offers you the opportunity to identify and understand features of music from different cultures through listening, writing, and discussion.

To complete this minor, you’ll choose four courses from a range of topics, including History of Jazz; Listening to Music; and Electronic Music: History, Cultures, and Practice.
