Graduate Housing
Graduate students are not required to live on campus but have the option to apply for on-campus housing through Emerson’s Housing and Residential Education Office. Located in the Paramount Residence Hall at 555 Washington Street, graduate housing offers furnished double-occupancy rooms within shared suites and includes a meal plan. Housing is non-guaranteed and available on a first-come basis for the full academic year. The priority application deadline for the 2027–2028 academic year will be in Spring 2027.
To apply, log into the Housing Portal and complete the Graduate Non-Guarantee Housing Application. Contact Housing and Residential Education with any questions.
